The main floor has a comfortable L-shaped living area, (45sq m) & is split into two areas. i) It is furnished with, a large L shaped 4 seat sofa a 3 seat sofa a leather chair & a large pouffe. There is a central coffee table together with the usual satellite TVand DVD. In the corner of this section there is a large wood-burning fireplace/stove that will keep you all very snug in the winter. ii) The second half is the dining area with a large extendable table able to seat 12-14 people comfortably if required. There is a toddler's chair with safety straps available. The two Welsh dressers keep the crockery, glasses & table mats. Extended Balcony ( 31 sq m) This has fantastic views up the valley to Abondance and across to the ski fields of Drouzin. It is accessed by 3 French doors 2 from the living room and 1 from the bedroom on the 1st floor. For the summer there are table/chairs & a gas barbeque. The wood for the fire is stored under the eaves |

Kitchen The modern kitchen is well fitted for self catering. A large fridge, freezer, microwave, four-ring electric hob, oven/rotisserie, toaster, kettle, dishwasher & the usual kitchen utensils. (see separate list for full details) |

Main Entrance Off the lobby at the door there is plenty of space to hang your coats and a there is a separate toilet |
